Happy New Year!

As we step into 2025, I’m reminded of the bold vision of our Founders, who dared to want more, do more, and be part of something that created lasting change in our communities. They embodied a spirit of excellence, service, and purpose—and their legacy continues to inspire us today.

In that spirit, I want to issue a challenge to you (and to myself) for 2025:

Let’s operate this year with the same determination, passion, and focus as our 22 trailblazing Founders. Let’s aim higher, serve more, and make a greater impact.

Here are three ways to step into the spirit of our Founders:

1. Lead Boldly – Whether it’s in your career, your chapter, or your community, let your light shine and inspire others to act.

2. Serve Intentionally – Find one cause close to your heart and commit to giving your time and resources in a meaningful way, preferably through your local chapter.

3. Connect Authentically – Build deeper connections with your sisters, strengthening the bonds that make our sisterhood so extraordinary.

Let 2025 be the year we rise to the challenge, honoring the legacy of our Founders by making an even greater impact in our personal lives and in the communities we serve.
