Return Policy

We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our product. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers, dealing with them timely, fairly, and reasonably.

As a result, items that remain in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached (if applicable) purchased from Extraordinary Symbols' website can be returned within ten (10) calendar days of confirmed carrier delivery date. Proof of purchase must be confirmed. There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return:

  • Items that show evidence of wear or damage (including improper care and strong scent, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains) as determined by Extraordinary Symbols
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Beanies and hats
  • Items on clearance/final sale or reduced by 30%+
  • Free gifts with purchase
  • An electronic Gift card
  • Wrapping paper
  • Clacking/Popping Fans

We no longer offer cash refunds, unless you cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it and the cancellation takes place on the site only. Request to cancel via email will result in a store credit only.

Exchanges

If you need another size or replacement item from a product return, you can use your store credit to order the item you need. We will no longer process product exchanges within our system.

Returns

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us via email within ten (10) calendar days of delivery of your order at EXOSymbolsReturns@gmail.com. We will review the request and approve or deny it in accordance with our policy terms. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipment , unless the error is on our part. Return shipping is non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost items returned to us. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and obtain a tracking number. 

Once your return request has been approved, you must mail the merchandise back within ten (10) calendar days of the approval email. Returns sent back outside of the ten (10) calendar days allowed will be charged a 20% restock fee.

Should you return an item that is considered ineligible for return, you will be issued a store credit or refund (at the discretion of Extraordinary Symbols) minus 50% of the item cost and taxes, if applicable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not return items that show evidence of wear or damage (including improper care and strong scent, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains).

If you allege the item that you received has been damaged/defective or is the wrong item, you are responsible for uploading clear images/pictures of the damage in the Return Portal here within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Once we review the pictures (if applicable), we may provide approval to return the package to us for a return. The package should be returned to the following address within ten (10) calendar days of approval: Extraordinary Symbols, 9449 S Kedzie, Suite #343, Evergreen Park, IL 60805.

It is solely within the discretion of Extraordinary Symbols to decide whether the return of an item is being done to take advantage of a subsequent sale. Such return will be denied.

Returns on items from the Jewelry Collection are allowed up to three (3) months after your original date of purchase of the item. If we determine that the item being returned is due to damage you caused or normal wear and tear, you will not be allowed to return it for a new item. You are limited to no more than two (2) replacements of any item.

If you believe that you are missing items from your order, you are responsible for notifying us within 48 hours of delivery, based on the carrier's delivery date. Please email us at help@exosymbols.com to notify us so that we can confirm and correct your order as soon as possible.

Extraordinary Symbols will not accept any returned merchandise without prior authorization and will only accept merchandise purchased at www.extraordinarysymbols.com with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any return attempt.

Items sent to our location without prior authorization will be returned to the sender. If we are unable to return the package, there will a store credit minus 50% of the purchase price.

If your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect mailing address, the order can be reshipped to you once you confirm the correct mailing address and pay the required shipping fees to resend the package.

Refunds

Extraordinary Symbols no longer offers cash refunds. Product return requests will receive store credit that can be applied to a new order. When a store credit is issued, the purchase value (minus any discount, taxes, and/or shipping fees) will be set as a credit to your Extraordinary Symbols account.

All store credits must be used within six (6) months of issuance or they will be forfeited.

Custom group orders are not refundable and cannot be returned. Items purchased with a pre-order or custom group order will be shipped together unless a separate shipping fee is paid.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
