Need your order processed fast? With our Skip the Line (Priority Processing) option, your order will jump ahead of all pending orders to be processed the same business day—guaranteed if order received by 10 a.m. CST. (Subject to product availability. Custom orders and pre-order items are excluded.)
This service ensures your items are ready for fulfillment ahead of the standard 5-7 business day timeline.
Please note: Priority Processing applies to order handling only and does not include expedited shipping. Shipping speed is still subject to USPS or UPS, whichever carrier is selected at checkout. No refunds if the carrier delays your delivery.
Per our Shipping Policy, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process. For customized and made-on-demand items, including customized embroidery items, allow 7 to 14 business days to process. Pre- and Group orders are shipped according to estimated shipping dates.
Each order receives tracking information for shipping. This information is emailed to you at the email address used when the order was placed. Be sure to check your junk/spam/promotion folders if you do not receive it in your inbox.
