Q: Do I need to charge the power bank when it arrives?

A: Yes. You need to fully charge a new power bank prior to its first use. This helps the power bank’s internal system accurately measure and display the remaining battery capacity.

 

Q: How will I know when the power bank is fully charged?

A: There are four (4) light indicators on the face of the charger. When they are lit to white and not blinking, the power bank is fully charged.

 

Q: How many devices can be charged simultaneously?

A: The power bank has two output ports, allowing for the simultaneous charging of two devices.

 

Q: How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?

A: On average, it takes about 8 hours to fully charge the power bank from empty using a wall adapter. We recommend charging it overnight so it’s ready to go when you are. The kit will arrive with the power bank at about half charged.

A: The power bank can fully charge most smartphones 1.5 times to a full charge, depending on your phone’s battery size and the number of windows/apps you keep open that drain your battery life.
