RETURN POLICY UPDATE EFFECTIVE 9/21/2020:

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item at this time. Sorors, please don't try us about this; we are firm in this decision due to the danger of the virus and its continued spread. Please make sure you read any size charts to order the correct size.

OUR RETURN POLICY

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that show evidence of wear or damage
  • Face masks
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items on sale
  • Items priced at an introductory price
  • Items purchased at a conference or vending event

If your item arrived damaged (and not damaged by you solely to facilitate a return), email us at EXOSymbolsReturns@gmail.com within five (5) calendar days (including holidays) of the delivery date to notify us about any damage.  You must submit a picture of the damaged item clearly showing any damage. The delivery date is the date of delivery noted by the shipping carrier. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Extraordinary Symbols will not accept any returned merchandise without prior communication and will only accept merchandise bought at www.extraordinarysymbols.com or one of our SamCart sales pages.

In order to process any refund on purportedly damaged items, the buyer MUST return the damaged item(s) back to us.

 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipment and shipping fees. Return shipping is non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost items returned to us. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and obtain a tracking number.

Refund

Due to transit, please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be issued to its original form of payment.

Extraordinary Symbols does not offer store credit for any reason.
