Our Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from the date the order is placed. For personalized items, please allow up to 10-14 business days. Processing times may be longer depending on the volume caused by quantity ordered, sales promotions and/or holidays. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email and a shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facility. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected. All items ship from Chicago, Illinois; delivery generally occurs within 3-5 business days after the ship date.
We cannot modify or cancel any order once it has been shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
If your package is returned to sender for any reason, the package will be treated as a return and will be processed in accordance with our return policy. You will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Your store credit will be in the amount of your order total, minus the shipping cost and restocking fee of 25% of the order total.
We now offer package protection via Route. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. The cost of this protection begins at $0.98. Extraordinary Symbols is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if this protection is not purchased. If you do not want the package protection, you must remove it from your cart BEFORE you checkout. We are unable to refund the package protection cost once an order has been submitted.
All pre-orders are estimated to ship on the estimated release date. You will be notified of any delays.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, or any other reasons. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
No refunds or replacements can be issued for shipped but non-delivered packages until after thirty (30) days from the ship date. This is the timeframe that the USPS allows us to file a claim.
International Shipping/APO, FPO, DPO Shipping/P.O. Box Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally but we can ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping is nonrefundable, we do not offer signature confirmation, and we are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged shipments.
