Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, as many of our items must be personalized. Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays           

Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email and a shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facility.  After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected. All items ship from Chicago, Illinois; delivery generally occurs within 5 - 7 business days after the ship date.

We cannot modify or cancel any order once it has been shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If your package is returned to sender for any reason, the package will be treated as a return and will be processed in accordance with our return policy. You will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Your store credit will be in the amount of your order total, minus the shipping cost.

 

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are estimated to ship on the release date. You will be notified of any delays.

 

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

 

International Shipping/APO, FPO, DPO Shipping/P.O. Box Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally and we cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. Box addresses.

 

Shipping is nonrefundable, we do not offer signature confirmation, and we are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged shipments.
